The Sports Performance program is designed to take each athlete to the next level.  Whether you are trying out for your high school varsity team or you are looking to get a college scholarship we have a strength and conditioning program for you.  

HEALTH & FITNESS

The Health and Fitness program is for those that are trying to achieve a particular goal such as weight loss, strength gain, or overall health improvement.  The program includes a thorough assessment, a detailed workout program, and a nutrition plan that will, if followed, help you achieve your desired results.

INJURY RECOVERY & PREVENTION

The Injury Recovery/Prevention program is designed for everyone from athletes recovering from an injury to your average Joe/Jane who works at a desk all day and has developed improper posture pain.

NUTRITION
& WELLNESS TESTING

We have teamed up with LV Wellness and Dash IV to offer nutrition and wellness testing which consists of a food sensitivity test along with a micronutrient test. We use this info to put together a diet and vitamin regiment that will optimize your health.  We also offer hormone and thyroid testing to make sure your body is operating at its best to achieve your fitness goals.

Small Group Training

Group training has between 4 and 8 participants with similar goals that want to add the community aspect of friendly competition and accountability to their workouts.
